1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Vahtaliyo you agree to these Terms of Service. This platform is created exclusively for members of the Dhodia Community for matrimonial purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must belong to the Dhodia Samaj. Minimum age: Male 21 years, Female 18 years. You must be legally capable of entering into marriage under Indian law.
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use the platform solely for matrimonial purposes, maintain confidentiality. Vahtaliyo does NOT verify profile details; users must independently verify.
4. Prohibited Activities
No sharing credentials, fraud, harassment, fake profiles, obscene content, or misuse. Violation can lead to suspension or ban.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Vahtaliyo is ONLY a platform for connecting matches. We are not responsible for accuracy of user data, misuse by others, disputes, or marriage outcomes. Users verify at their own risk.
